As a key member of the sleep marketing team, the Senior Product Manager will lead execution across multiple channels on the HCP Marketing Team for Xywav. This role includes leveraging data to make informed decisions related to disease education and branded campaigns, focusing on sales force materials, non-personal promotion, and performance reporting. The role may expand into other priority areas based on business needs. Demonstrating leadership and embodying Jazz's corporate values daily are critical success factors.
Core Functions & Expectations:
Seeking a team player with strategic and tactical expertise in non-personal and personal HCP efforts to meet brand objectives. Reporting to the HCP marketing lead for Xywav, responsibilities include:
- Sales Force Materials: Lead approval and execution of sales force materials, supporting the team in aligning with brand strategy.
- Speaker Bureau: Lead approval and execution, including content updates, managing speakers, training events, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Non-Personal Promotion: Oversee approval and execution of NPP media assets, supporting media objectives.
- Operations: Coordinate PMRC reviews, manage HCP marketing budgets, work with cross-functional teams, and plan efforts across sales meetings.
- Marketing Plan Execution: Collaborate on executing and refining the tactical plan to drive product adoption, participating in annual brand planning, and coordinating market activities.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and coordinate performance metrics and reporting to ensure messaging and campaigns meet brand objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Identify opportunities across indications to optimize investments.
- Brand and Company Stewardship: Represent the brand vision, adhere to regulatory and compliance parameters, and contribute positively to team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience demonstrating career growth in responsibility, especially in commercial roles.
- This is primarily a home-based role, with willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
- Specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- HCP personal and non-personal marketing experience.
