As a key member of the sleep marketing team, the Senior Product Manager will lead execution across multiple channels for the HCP Marketing Team for Xywav. This role involves leveraging data for informed decision-making related to disease education and branded campaigns, and leading efforts for sales force materials, non-personal promotion, and performance reporting. The role requires serving as a team player, demonstrating leadership, and embodying Jazz’s corporate values daily.

Core Functions & Expectations:

• Seeking a team player with strategic and tactical expertise in non-personal and personal HCP efforts to meet brand objectives. Reports to the HCP marketing lead for Xywav.

• Sales Force Materials: Lead approval and execution of sales force materials, supporting brand strategy.

• Speaker Bureau: Lead approval and execution, including content updates, managing speakers, training events, and evaluating program effectiveness.

• Non-Personal Promotion: Lead approval and execution of media assets, supporting media objectives.

• Operations: Coordinate PMRC reviews, manage HCP marketing budget, work with cross-functional teams, and plan efforts across sales meetings.

• Marketing Plan Execution: Collaborate to execute and refine tactical plans, drive product adoption, and participate in brand planning.

• Performance Measurement: Develop and coordinate performance reporting to ensure campaign effectiveness.

• Strategic Thinking: Identify opportunities to align efforts and maximize investments.

• Brand and Company Stewardship: Uphold brand vision, adhere to compliance standards, and contribute positively to team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.

• At least 3 years of US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience; 5 years preferred.

• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

• Career progression demonstrating increased responsibility, especially in commercial roles.

• Primarily home-based with willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical marketing.

• Experience in HCP personal and non-personal marketing.
