Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
  • MBA preferred but not required; healthcare experience valued.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for hardware and system components in the CGM ecosystem.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements for hardware, sensor, reader, applicator, accessories, and connectivity.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with hardware/embedded software teams, UX, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and marketing.
  • Evaluate design tradeoffs for reliability, usability, wearability, performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Conduct market/competitive analyses to identify opportunities to improve CGM ecosystem quality and performance.
  • Support design controls, risk management, verification/validation, and regulatory evidence needs in a regulated medical device environment.
