Communicate with internal stakeholders on decisions that impact their team.* Conduct design reviews, maintain/update design documents and address review feedback. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.# EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING* Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Computer Science or related field with 8-10 years of related experience, master’s degree with 7+ years of related experience.* Ability to independently learn/explore existing system functionality.* Strong hands-on programming/coding knowledge of **Java** or any Object-oriented programming.* Progressively more responsible work experience in a range of software engineering disciplines using a variety of programming methods.* Expertise with visual modeling, graphical user interfaces, multi-threading, formal software development methodologies, and source code management.* Intermediate to moderate understanding of Linux Operating system.* Strong knowledge with continuous integration & continuous development* Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought.* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
