Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, or related experience.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Refrigeration & Food Retail industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term growth strategies (3–5 years).
• Define product definitions, configurations and options for guided selling and portfolio simplification.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycle, pricing and go-to-market launches.
• Support VOC, market trends and customer needs to drive profitable growth.
