Tremco is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Ohio to plan, organize, and control a product line from concept through lifecycle to maximize profit and growth. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to define products that meet customer needs and market opportunities, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, lifecycle management, new product development, and strategic pricing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years related experience.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, especially MS Excel, Outlook, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams; CAD and/or SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, be a strong team player, self-motivated and a quick learner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business acumen; strong planning, problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, sales/marketing staff, regulatory agencies, or business partners.
• Strong data analysis ability and trend discernment; capable of presenting information effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Market Intelligence: conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyze competition, participate in trade organizations.
• Lifecycle Management: manage SKU/structure, support field and sales, forecast, analyze markets, review warranty exceptions.
• New Product Development: create charters, manage development process, orchestrate launches.
• Strategy Development: develop pricing strategies, prioritize initiatives, manage portfolio pricing, identify growth opportunities within segments.
