Tremco CPG is seeking a Sr. Product Manager with extensive metal roofing experience to lead product strategy across our roofing portfolio.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to define offerings that meet customer needs and market opportunities. With 10+ years in related roles and strong analytical and presentation skills, you will develop pricing strategies, manage product launches, and guide lifecycle management while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Extensive metal roofing experience.
• Ability to grasp technical details and analyze data to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Forecasting, market analysis, and supporting sales teams.
• Develop product charters and manage product development and launches.
• Set pricing strategies and prioritize new product initiatives.
