Kaseya is seeking a senior user researcher, product manager, or strategist to architect a scalable voice-of-customer engine within Growth & Product Strategy. You will run discovery and translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions, partnering with GTM to sharpen positioning and segmentation.

This role builds repeatable processes, delivers fast customer insights, and informs senior leaders to guide the company’s most important product and growth bets.

Responsibilities

• Build the rapid voice-of-customer engine across MSPs and Direct IT segments.
• Own discovery interviews, panels, and channels for fast customer access.
• Partner with Product and GTM to embed user insight in roadmaps and strategy.
• Synthesize findings into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for ongoing research.
