You will run discovery, partner with Product and GTM, and help transform customer truth into sharper positioning and roadmap priorities.

You will build processes, playbooks, and channels to surface insights quickly, impacting decisions across product, marketing, and sales. This is a fast, high-impact role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Senior user researcher or product strategist with broad scope across growth, product and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable voice-of-customer engine across Growth & Product Strategy.
• Secure fast access to MSPs and Direct IT customers through panels, workshops, and events.
• Embed user insight into product discovery and roadmap decisions with senior leadership.
• Synthesize customer input into actionable findings on needs, usage, and buying behavior.
• Create playbooks and templates to scale customer research across the org.
