This is a high-impact role focused on deep experimentation, rapid learning, and thoughtful iteration to grow Linktree’s global user base. You’ll own key product initiatives from ideation to launch, and partner closely with leadership to ensure we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in growth.

What You Will Own

  • Develop and execute a high-volume experimentation roadmap focused on improving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Data, and Engineering to identify and validate new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and A/B test results to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Work with Design and Engineering to scope solutions that balance speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Define clear success metrics and ensure ongoing measurement and reporting for all initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the product organization to ensure a unified and cohesive user journey.
  • Communicate roadmap updates, insights, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Stay on top of growth trends, tools, and strategies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Curious, user-focused, and energized by solving hard problems in creative ways.
  • Clear and concise communicator—able to rally a team around a shared vision and plan.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Passion for the creator economy, digital tools, or platform businesses a plus.

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $180,000-$190,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
