Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on global TAVI procedural marketing strategy within its Structural Heart business. The role shapes end-to-end product strategy and leads portfolio commercialization while partnering with US and global field teams to drive patient and customer impact.

You will own the procedure marketing strategy, lead launches, and align with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in marketing, product management, sales, or related commercial roles.
Product launch and/or procedural launch experience highly preferred.
Strong leadership with ability to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own procedure marketing strategy for TAVR products, including launch planning and in-market optimization.
Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition grounded in evidence and market dynamics.
Ensure disciplined execution using product performance data, insights, and field feedback; maintain brand differentiation.
Lead cross-functional stakeholders across sales, medical education, clinical, R&D, regulatory, quality, legal, marketing communications, and supply chain.
Influence outcomes in a matrixed organization with strong leadership and business acumen.
