Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Compliance to drive strategy and execution across US federal and international public sector markets. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities, working with Product, Engineering, GIS/GRC, and PMO to deliver compliant, market-ready features.

You will engage with auditors and government agencies, shaping Netskope’s compliance architecture while partnering with Marketing and Sales to translate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Security Engineering.
• 5+ years of direct experience in cloud security, enterprise networking, SaaS, or infrastructure security platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of global security and regulatory standards (FedRAMP, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end roadmap for Global Compliance and Data Sovereignty.
• Translate global regulatory standards into actionable requirements for the platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, HR, and Finance to embed security and compliance in projects.
