Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Authentication Product Solutioning in San Francisco. You will shape a roadmap for consumer authentication, reduce checkout friction, and enable secure, seamless purchases through merchants and AI agents.

• Bachelor degree or higher; MBA preferred for seniority.
• Ability to write code and build proof-of-concepts to test ideas.
• Experience with authentication flows, APIs, and payment tech standards.

Responsibilities

• Advancing a unified integration and API strategy across 3DS, Token, and emerging methods.
• Collaborating with engineering to evaluate feasibility and requirements.
• Troubleshooting complex product, integration, and customer issues and guiding resolution.
• Identifying cross-product synergies and reusable APIs, platforms, and data models.
• Engaging stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of scalable auth solutions.
• Meeting with clients to understand pain points and business needs, balancing trade-offs.
• Participating in industry groups to influence standards and roadmaps.
