In this role you will own model output evaluation, align with user insights, and drive fast, continuous product improvement for the Search experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Research, Search Quality and cross-functional teams to define product strategy for modeling capabilities and quality improvements.
• Own model output evaluation and analysis to inform product quality and prioritization.
• Navigate GenAI and Search product landscape for billions of users.
• Develop measurement systems for fast, continuous product improvement.
• Harmonize processes to define, collect, and track product metrics.
