In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to shape products that impact millions of users. You will lead evaluation and iteration cycles on model quality and product fit, aligning initiatives with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
• Experience leading the product development life-cycle for applications natively powered by foundation models (LLMs/LMMs or agentic architecture).
• Experience prototyping AI features using developer tools, APIs, or AI-assisted coding environments to validate feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Define the features and roadmap for key components of consumer journeys.
• Engage in AI usage for personal productivity and for prototyping new product ideas.
• Immerse in model quality, defining query sets, launching and running evals, looking at eval outcomes for the next round of product improvements etc.
• Partner with various leaders and stakeholders to execute on a compelling roadmap.
• Author clear plans to communicate to leadership and other key stakeholders.
