Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Define the executive-level vision for address quality and recipient experience and translate it into multi-year roadmaps aligned across partner organizations, operations, product, commercial, and engineering.
• Lead product vision and execution across multi-org dependencies, including routing and delivery-execution systems and platform teams.
• Eliminate fragmented ownership and missed handoffs across the address-to-doorstep journey; own build-vs-influence decisions and ensure proper long-term ownership.
• Build scalable products and platform capabilities that grow with volume while reducing manual intervention; identify high-impact friction points from address quality to recipient journey.
• Surface risks and opportunities with data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and frame strategic asks beyond feature lists.
