TeamViewer is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive industrial analytics within the Frontline platform. You will turn field data into KPI-driven insights, lead discovery with customers, and partner across R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services to deliver value on complex industrial workflows.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B software product management, strong KPI governance, and hands-on BI/embedded analytics expertise in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B software product management in industrial domains.
• Experience with hands-free / guided work in industrial settings (AR, wearables, voice-directed).
• Ability to define and govern industrial KPIs.
• Hands-on embedded analytics and BI stack experience.
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, FSM and WMS integration.
• Proven discovery rigor: customer sessions and site visits.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage repeatable solutions for industrial segments.
• Run discovery on the shop floor with structured customer sessions.
• Own the operational intelligence layer and KPI definitions.
• Lead embedded analytics strategy with BI dashboards and self-service.
• Innovate AI services for the industrial workplace.
• Define solutions, manage delivery, and observe results post-launch.
• Represent TeamViewer across R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
