Dematic is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial AI & Operational Intelligence to define, deploy, and scale AI-driven capabilities within the Command Center platform. This hybrid role, near Grand Rapids, MI, partners with AI engineers, software teams, and customers to translate needs into practical AI use cases and measurable outcomes.

You will manage the full AI product lifecycle, drive customer validation, deployment, and adoption, and work across warehousing, distribution,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related role in industrial software.
• 3+ years managing software products with AI/ML/analytics.
• Experience delivering technology solutions into warehouses, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs like throughput, productivity, downtime, inventory.
• Able to translate ambiguous business problems into defined use cases and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, automation, and industrial operations.
• Translate customer pain points into defined AI use cases with ROI and adoption paths.
• Create prioritized AI use-case roadmap based on value, feasibility, data, and deployment complexity.
• Lead customer AI engagements from discovery through production rollout.
• Partner with AI engineers and software teams to align with product strategy and release plans.
