This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager with agile software development experience to lead Vista Global Flight Operations worldwide. The successful candidate will join our Vista Tech Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product - Flight Operations.

Vista Global is innovating the future of private air travel, transforming the experience from long lines and security checks to seamless, efficient services. We aim to optimize the utilization of private jets and reduce empty flights, creating a better way for private aviation.

Responsibilities

1. Create one-pagers—including hypotheses, metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand problems, develop solutions, and define requirements.
3. Prioritize features and projects based on data-driven insights.
4. Manage end-to-end product and program delivery.
5. Lead meetings, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
6. Demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
7. Assess impact, effort, and risk.
8. Report post-launch metrics.
9. Develop and maintain product roadmaps in consultation with leadership.
10. Identify and escalate blockers and resource issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities

1. Advocate for both business and technology perspectives, ensuring inclusive participation.
2. Lead medium to high-complexity technology programs, following industry best practices.
3. Utilize Vista’s Product and Program Management Framework for transparency and compliance.
4. Manage risks associated with change, including technical and business impacts.
5. Engage with VPs, directors, and other leaders, providing regular updates.

This is a remote position, excluding candidates based in NY, NJ, IL, MA, CT, and RI.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Experience as a Product Manager, preferably with aviation industry knowledge.
2. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
3. Self-starter with experience managing projects independently.
4. Empathetic leader with a customer-centric approach.
5. Strong influencing skills across organizational levels.
6. Extensive experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
7. Proficiency in MS Office/Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
