Our vision includes optimizing private jet utilization and reducing empty flights, creating a more efficient and sustainable industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand problems, develop solutions, and document requirements and tasks to achieve desired outcomes. Prioritize features and projects using a data-driven approach.
  • Manage end-to-end product and program delivery.
  • Lead relevant meetings, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Demonstrate new features to business stakeholders.
  • Assess impact, effort, and risks associated with projects.
  • Report post-launch metrics to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain roadmaps in consultation with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering managers to communicate goals.
  • Identify and escalate blockers, including resourcing issues, to the line manager and CPO.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for both business and technology perspectives, ensuring inclusive participation.
  • Lead medium to high-complexity technology programs, demonstrating industry best practices.
  • Utilize Vista Global’s Product and Program Management Framework to ensure transparency, compliance, and value realization.
  • Manage risks related to change, including technical and business impacts.
  • Engage with VPs, directors, business leads, product, and engineering teams, reporting progress regularly.

This is a remote position, excluding candidates based in NY, NJ, IL, MA, CT, and RI.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a Product Manager, ideally with knowledge of the aviation industry (not essential).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, adapt quickly, and embrace change. Attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
  • A solution-oriented self-starter with experience managing projects and programs independently.
  • An outgoing, enthusiastic servant leader with empathy, capable of prioritizing customer needs and supporting issues tactically and strategically.
