Job summary

Motive seeks a product manager to own key fleet-management experiences used by dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and GTM to deliver products for local hauliers and global enterprises alike.

Key challenges include defining a clear data-backed roadmap, translating customer pain points into efficient web and mobile workflows, and collaborating with data scientists to turn sensor events into AI features.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B product management with ownership of a product area.
• Proven track record of shipping features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency.
• Comfort with data: SQL queries and dashboard slicing.
• Strong communication to align diverse global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telematics, logistics tech, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a plus.
• MBB experience is a plus.
