Job summary
Honeywell is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the Power Supplies portfolio within the Fire Alarm business. You will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-leading solutions.
You will work with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive innovation, ensure quality, and align with NFPA and regional codes. This role demands strong leadership and a deep understanding of building automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product management within the Fire alarm system industry.
- Knowledge of Fire alarm system architecture (panels, PLCs, NACs, batteries, notification circuits, detectors).
- Knowledge of NFPA 72, UL 864, ULC, FM and regional code requirements and AHJ requirements.
- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer-driven development.
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks, roadmap development, and data-driven decision making.

- Lead development and execution of product management strategies.
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
