Job description

PartsSource is the leading technology and software platform for managing mission-critical healthcare equipment. Trusted by over 5,000 US hospitals and 15,000 clinical sites, PartsSource empowers providers and service organizations to maximize clinical availability for patient care and automates the procurement of parts, services and training through a unique digital experience.

PartsSource team members are deeply committed to our mission of Ensuring Healthcare is Always On®, which is foundational to our success and growth. Our vibrant culture is built upon aligned values, shared ownership, mutual respect, and a passion for collaborating to solve complex customer problems.

About the Job Opportunity

As Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Service Solutions, you will own and expand enterprise capabilities and products within the service solutions portfolio on the PartsSource platform—solutions that unify contracted, depot, and on‑demand service into a single, intelligent workflow integrated with a world‑class vendor network. You will work across both sides of the service network: healthcare providers and service leaders who depend on equipment uptime, and the vendor and service‑provider network that delivers it. Your charge is to turn a fragmented service landscape into a modular, evidence‑based, and increasingly AI‑enabled platform experience that reduces downtime, improves service quality, simplifies vendor interactions and management, and delivers financial predictability. This is a market‑back, commercially‑oriented product role where you'll partner closely with Customer Experience product, Platform, and Engineering teams while owning service solutions strategy, commercial modeling, enterprise workflows, customer and vendor integrations, and the analytics that make the experience valuable for all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Service Solutions Strategy & Vision

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for unified service solutions; translate market and customer problems into focused product bets aligned to measurable outcomes—reduced equipment downtime, higher service quality, simpler vendor engagement, financial predictability, and scalable growth.
  • Define the evolution of PartsSource's service portfolio from fragmented capabilities toward a modular, evidence‑based, and AI‑enabled experience.
  • Lead cross‑functional product strategy with Customer Experience product, Platform, Engineering, and commercial teams to ensure enterprise service solutions integrate cohesively across parts, labor, assets, and technical support.

Continuous Discovery & Evidence‑Based Decision‑Making

  • Maintain a steady cadence of discovery with users, buyers, and the vendor and service‑provider network across both sides of the service landscape.
  • Use interviews, behavioral data, sales and support signals, and operational evidence to de‑risk decisions before committing delivery capacity.
  • Practice evidence‑based product management that grounds strategy in real customer and vendor problems, competitive insights, and measurable outcomes.

AI‑Enabled Service Workflows

  • Identify where AI creates genuine value in the service workflow—triage, smart routing, predictive service intelligence, entitlement and coverage decisions, benchmarking, and decision support.
  • Shape human‑in‑the‑loop experiences with the trust, explainability, and oversight that a mission‑critical healthcare context demands.
  • Bring product judgment to what should be automated, assisted, or left to human decision; partner with data, platform, and engineering to deliver intelligent service workflows.

Service Data into Insight & Analytics

  • Turn service data into customer‑facing and commercial insight; define and deliver analytics, benchmarks, and visualizations that help customers and vendors act—program performance, vendor quality and performance, cost and coverage transparency, and ROI.
  • Use data fluency to drive your own product decisions, inform GTM strategy, and demonstrate portfolio value commercially.
  • Build customer‑facing analytics that become a competitive differentiator and drive vendor and customer outcomes.

Vendor & Service‑Provider Network Productization

  • Treat the vendor side as a first‑class product surface; own performance, quality, routing, SLAs, and the tools and incentives that make the network measurably better.
  • Design for a high‑performing, digitally enabled supplier network that underpins a best‑in‑class customer experience.
  • Partner with vendor teams and marketplace leadership to evolve the service‑provider network as a strategic product capability.

Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Execution

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch readiness, and enablement.
  • Bring the polish to represent the portfolio credibly on the GTM side; ensure the field can explain, sell, implement, and support what you build.
  • Carry solutions to market with a focus on adoption, client success, and the retention outcomes that matter most.

Technical & Data Partnership

  • Operate competently in technical and data domains without being the SME; engage credibly on integrations, data models, and platform dependencies.
  • Make informed sequencing and trade‑off decisions in partnership with Platform and Engineering; ask the right questions and keep decisions moving.
  • Deliver outcomes through the product trio (product, design, engineering) and cross‑functional teams with strong working partnerships built on respect and shared outcomes.
Your Background
  • 5–7 years of product management experience, focused on technology‑enabled service solutions and/or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or a technical field.
  • Comfort operating across technical and data topics—integrations, data models, platform dependencies—without being the subject‑matter expert, paired with strong instincts for partnering with platform and engineering teams.
  • Strong customer‑facing and commercial analytics skills: ability to define metrics, work fluently with data, and turn it into clear visualizations and narratives that drive customer, vendor, and business decisions.
  • Demonstrated use of continuous discovery and evidence‑based decision‑making across both customers and partners/vendors in B2B environments.
  • Exposure to designing AI‑or‑intelligence‑enabled features into real product workflows, with an eye for trust, explainability, and human oversight.
  • Proven ability to design and execute product strategy that aligns to customer needs and drives service program ROI.
  • Experience carrying products to market in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success—positioning, launch, and enablement.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams; an eye for good design and a strong working partnership with UX/design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills; self‑driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to own complex challenges end‑to‑end.
Strongly Preferred
  • Background in healthcare technology, supply chain, or related fields; familiarity with healthcare technology management (HTM), service contracts, and/or enterprise asset management.
  • Healthcare or tech product management experience.
  • Experience shipping AI‑or‑ML‑enabled product features.
  • Experience productizing a marketplace, vendor, or service‑provider network.
  • Experience building customer‑facing analytics or data‑visualization products.
  • Experience with a Product Operating Model and/or the Shape Up methodology.
  • Design and/or UI/UX experience or a strong working partnership with design teams.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified Product Manager or similar product management certification.
