Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the ESS portfolio strategy and roadmap, aligning customer experiences and internal platforms across multiple domains.

You will drive adoption of reusable services, collaborate with engineering on API design and identity patterns, and ensure delivery with an enterprise-grade perspective. This role emphasizes customer focus, data-driven choices, and startup-like urgency within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management for enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to lead data-driven prioritization and adoption of reusable services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native patterns and integration Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the ESS portfolio.
• Define vision, scope, target users, success metrics, and lifecycle for shared services.
• Translate needs across Originations, Servicing, Banking, VPP and other domains into priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define reusable platform capabilities (APIs, identity, data models).
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
