Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent experience in business and/or technical field.
• 8+ years of networking and services product management experience.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the service business.
• Collaborative with sales, service and operations teams and global partners.
• Deep understanding of service structures, operations, pricing, and routes to market.
• Experience in design and delivery of enablement requirements for service initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop service products by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, including pricing and benchmarking.
• Define Service New Product Introduction processes, strategy, service requirements and policy for Data Center Networking.
• Evaluate customer ecosystem and identify data center networking service requirements.
• Drive networking service adoption, renewal rate improvement, and end-user happiness as key success metrics.
