Job summary

Glean in Mountain View seeks a strategic Product Manager to define and build our Enterprise Intelligence product area. This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product strategy.

You will work with the Product lead and cross-functional teams to translate enterprise intelligence concepts into concrete product experiences and shape the roadmap for a lean, high-impact product team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management across B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow/intelligence platforms.
Strong ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence with customer needs and market signals.
Spend time with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
Turn context layer, graph, and system intelligence into actionable workflows, dashboards, and proactive experiences.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define well-scoped products with clear user flows and outcomes.
Prioritize initiatives balancing long-term opportunities with urgent pain points and strategic asks.
Partner with GTM, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to reflect enterprise realities.
Establish foundations for a new category by outlining Enterprise Intelligence across insights, visibility, and cross-functional decision support.
Specify concrete workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths to ensure practical product craft.
