Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with a finance systems focus to lead Treasury and related enterprise platform initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes, mentor teams, and steer the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, executive presence, and experience guiding complex technology investments across a global organization. Hybrid work model in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise finance systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems and integration points.
• Strong executive communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience guiding teams in Agile at scale and mentoring product professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Treasury and other finance functions.
• Build deep treasury expertise and understand objectives, workflows, controls, pain points and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-value technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into well-defined product requirements and engineering plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, launch and continuous improvement.
