Tealium is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the Enterprise Product Team.

You will lead an ecosystem of data collection capabilities across web and server-side, shaping strategy for accurate, governed, consent-aware data ready for activation and analysis. The role requires autonomous leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with engineering and marketing to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building SaaS products with proven adoption.
• Deep knowledge of data collection architectures and privacy considerations.
• Experience with consent management and regulatory obligations.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into milestones.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end execution for data collection capabilities across web, server-side, and other digital touchpoints.
• Define and communicate a clear product direction for data collection that is accurate, governed, consent-aware, secure, and ready for activation and analysis.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand collection workflows, implementation challenges, regulatory requirements, and unmet needs.
• Translate changes in privacy regulation, consent expectations, customer needs, technology, and market dynamics into strategic product opportunities.
• Shape the evolution of event-based data collection, including event schemas, data quality, validation, observability, and interoperability.
• Break down complex problems and large cross-functional initiatives into clear, incremental deliverables for planning, building, testing, and releasing.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
• Partner with architecture to design scalable solutions accounting for upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate opportunities, measure outcomes, and refine strategy.
• Provide prioritization and decision-making for engineering while balancing value, investment, reliability, and impact.
• Support go-to-market and adoption efforts through enablement, demos, and launch planning.
