The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise applications, understands financial and operational workflows, and excels in technical problem-solving and stakeholder management. You will lead major system implementations and enhancements to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the IT systems roadmap across Finance, GTM, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to implement and optimize enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integrations between CPQ, Billing, Inventory Management, ERP, and other core systems.
  • Architect scalable, secure IT solutions that align with business needs and drive automation across Procurement, Accounting, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and GTM teams to enhance reporting, financial forecasting, and cost visibility through IT system improvements.
  • Drive data governance and process automation efforts to enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Work closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure system scalability, SOX compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead vendor management efforts, ensuring optimal utilization of platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and custom internal systems.
  • Define and track key success metrics, ensuring continuous IT system performance and adoption improvement.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT product management across Finance, GTM, Supply Chain, or Infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in enterprise applications, ERP systems, procurement tools, or financial automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and accounting processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale system implementations and process automation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, Salesforce, and CPQ solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across engineering, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
  • Prior experience working at a high-growth tech company, cloud infrastructure, or AI/data center environment is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$190,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
