Job summary

Gaia Family seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Employer product experience across implementation, enrollment, and ongoing engagement. You will partner closely with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to translate market feedback into scalable features that employees actually use.

The role blends product, customers, and commercial work in a high-growth setting, with strong autonomy and a focus on AI-enabled product development.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of product experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C products.
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
Comfort working directly with Sales and customers.
Excellent product judgment and independence.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity without excess process.
Commercial thinking balanced with user perspective.
Highly collaborative with low ego and hands-on approach.
Curiosity about AI and active use of new tools to improve speed and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the core product experience for employers from implementation through engagement and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales to capture market needs and translate requests into platform features.
Own and prioritize the Employer product roadmap.
Design and ship new experiences with Engineering and Design.
Improve enrollment, engagement, and ongoing account experience.
Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
