Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Gaia platform roadmap to foster member interactions and engagement.
• Oversee development of community features from concept to launch with clear PRDs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to deliver high-quality features on time and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external partners for strategic alignment.
• Define and track KPIs for growth, retention, and conversion using data-driven insights.
• Apply AI tools for content recommendations, moderation, and insights.
