Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Sensor Foundations to own core sensor capabilities used on Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. You will translate customer needs into clear priorities and partner with engineering to ship fast, safe, and scalable sensor features across millions of hosts.

The role requires collaboration across security and platform teams, with a focus on telemetry, deployment tooling, and cloud integration. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B software, with at least 3 years owning security or platform products.
• Experience shipping software on customer devices: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Track record working day to day with engineering teams including backlog ownership and iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, defending roadmaps to engineers and executives.
• Habit of using data and customer feedback to make decisions.
• Capability to prioritize numerous tasks across teams.
• Experience working with both local and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations.
• BA or BS degree in an applicable technical field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for sensor areas and connect to security outcomes.
• Prioritize work by customer value, risk reduction, and engineering cost with clear tradeoffs.
• Partner with sensor, platform, and cloud teams to break initiatives into milestones.
• Manage full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, rollout, iteration with telemetry.
• Gather input from customers, field teams, and other product teams to understand workflows.
• Work with engineering on sensor reliability, performance, and resource use across OSes.
• Define and track metrics (deployment coverage, upgrade velocity, crash rates) to guide next steps.
• Write clear problem statements, PRDs, and success metrics for engineering.
