For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape product strategy for AI agent systems that help enterprise customers automate work and move from early demos to production adoption. The position will partner closely with engineering, stakeholders, and customers to define the experience, success metrics, and investment priorities that drive long-term value. It is a senior leadership opportunity with meaningful influence over roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and market positioning.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $218,400 – $365,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify automation opportunities
