Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for a 100% remote US role focused on the Document Intelligence Platform. This contract position (4–6 months) may convert to full-time and targets customer-facing B2B SaaS, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for ingestion, extraction, automation, and secure sharing, collaborating with Engineering, Data, Security, Sales, and Design to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in software.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial, customer-facing B2B SaaS products.
• Hands-on product experience involving document workflows, client portals, document management, secure sharing, document collection, workflow automation, or similar capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for customer-facing SaaS capabilities.
• Identify new product opportunities using customer discovery, behavioral data, market insights, support feedback, and commercial input.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through validation, MVP, launch, early scaling, measurement, and iteration.
• Own document-oriented workflows including ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, secure sharing, and downstream integration.
• Explore and implement opportunities involving AI, machine learning, OCR, LLM-enabled workflows, and intelligent automation.
