Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Intelligent Document Processing & OCR Automation. This 100% remote role in the United States (Central or Eastern Time) focuses on customer-facing SaaS, AI-enabled workflows, and 0-to-1 product development with discovery through MVP and ongoing optimization.

The engagement is 4–6 months with potential conversion to full-time, based in Central or Eastern US time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in software.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial, customer-facing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience building or scaling cloud-based or SaaS products.
• End-to-end product ownership including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, launch and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for customer-facing SaaS capabilities.
• Identify new product opportunities using customer discovery, market insights, and feedback.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through MVP, launch, scaling, measurement and iteration.
• Own document-oriented workflows including ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, secure sharing, and integration.
• Explore AI, machine learning, OCR, LLM-enabled workflows, and intelligent automation opportunities.
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Make product trade-offs under constrained engineering capacity and fixed deadlines.
• Partner with Engineering on architecture, reliability, performance, security, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, AI/ML, Security, Operations, Sales, Support and leadership.
• Improve workflows involving document collection, processing, review, collaboration, and secure exchange.
• Use data to evaluate opportunities and measure post-launch impact.
• Ensure reliable product performance in mission-critical environments.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, decisions, risks, and results clearly.
