Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations in Deerfield, IL, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Digital Showering. You will own strategy, P&L, and execution across digital experiences, partnering with R&D, engineering, and channel teams to deliver market-leading products.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply IoT knowledge, and drive go-to-market and performance across B2B/ wholesale channels, with 15–20% travel and hybrid work from the Deerfield campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IoT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with lifecycle, pricing, commercialization, etc.
• 3+ years supporting IoT related product development.
• Experience with P&L ownership and using market insights for decisions.
• Strong background in digital user experiences, ideally in connected durable goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an ongoing 3-year strategic roadmap.
• Define digital user experience requirements and product specs.
• Collaborate with R&D to bring detailed product plans to market.
• Partner with Channel and Digital teams to ensure customer-facing programs reflect brand goals.
• Own commercialization and go-to-market strategy for Digital Showering products.
