Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Digital Showering to own the P&L, strategy, and execution for Moen's Digital Showering portfolio. You will drive product strategy with a consumer-centric mindset and focus on the B2B/ wholesale channels.

Collaborate with Channel, Sales, and Digital/eCommerce; define digital user experience requirements, pricing, and go-to-market plans; lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, and IT to deliver market-leading products.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with lifecycle management, pricing, commercialization, and portfolio performance.
3+ years supporting IoT related product development.
Experience with P&L ownership and applying financial and market insights to product decisions.
Strong leadership and collaboration across R&D, engineering, and sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap for Digital Showering.
Define digital user requirements, specifications, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with R&D to bring detailed product plans to market.
Coordinate with Channel and Digital teams to reflect brand goals in customer programs.
Drive NPD delivery and commercialization across channels.
