Job summary

Northern Trust, a global leader in wealth management, asset servicing and banking, seeks a Specialist Product Manager for Digital Asset Solutions. You will own strategy, roadmap, and commercialization across the Digital Asset product suite, collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales and Relationship Management to deliver client-centric, revenue-driving solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial services with significant product management, product strategy, digital product, or technology delivery experience.
Experience developing and scaling digital asset solutions, including distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of asset servicing products, including custody, cash, fund services, and related capabilities.
Experience leading product commercialization, pricing strategy, investment prioritization, and business case development.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across complex, matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset, strong execution focus, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Own the global digital asset portfolio, strategy, and roadmap.
Convert capabilities, data, reporting, and services into differentiated client solutions.
Assess market trends, identify opportunities, and represent Northern Trust externally.
Align senior leaders and cross-functional partners on priorities and decisions.
Partner with Sales and Relationship Management on client opportunities.
Lead pricing, business cases, investment decisions, and revenue opportunities.
Drive delivery across the product lifecycle.
Oversee product enhancements, launches, and ongoing performance.
Manage governance, risk, controls, dependencies, and outcomes.
