Job summary

Vanta seeks a Senior Product Manager, Design Systems to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the frontend design system and platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across teams.

You'll advance accessibility, localization, and AI-powered patterns while shaping how design system investments scale with the product. Strong collaboration and hands-on prototyping are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a design system, frontend platform, or developer-facing product.
• Strong craft and taste for high-quality UX, able to scale across many teams.
• Hands-on builder: prototypes and demos using component building blocks.
• Collaborate horizontally, build trust, and align multiple teams around priorities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend, design system, and front-end platform.
• Evolve the design system into composable building blocks with consistent APIs.
• Drive accessibility and internationalization programs and localization.
• Partner with AI teams to enable AI-driven experiences for product teams.
• Lead go-to-market and adoption for design-system changes and triage quality issues.
