Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Manager Associate to help shape and optimize deposits products. You will leverage user research, analyze metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features.

Within the Deposit 2.0 team, you will write requirements, participate in discovery, and translate insights into a strategic product roadmap while maintaining a strong focus on customer value and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and the market through user research and discovery.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight into potential product features that create value for customers.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work related to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development activities.
