Job summary

Watershed is seeking an experienced Product Manager to unify engineering, design, climate science, and go-to-market into a single vision. You will own the Supply Chain product module and drive the roadmap for Watershed’s data engine, working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

You will partner with Climate Science, Data, and Platform teams, emphasizing customer impact, correctness, and AI-enabled data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, shipping data platforms or developer APIs.
• Experience building products for enterprise customers with security/compliance in mind.
• Ability to combine customer anthropology with data-driven intuition.
• Thrives in ambiguity and turns fuzzy inputs into a clear product vision.
• High standards for product quality, documentation, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and north-star metrics for Watershed’s core calculation engine.
• Define the roadmap for the Supply Chain product module and company database.
• Ship data products and platform apps used by customers and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across London, NYC, SF, and offices as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Sustainability teams to land new capabilities.
