Job summary

Ellevation Education is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data Ingest team in Boston. You will lead ingestion tooling to bring rostering, EL program, and assessment data into our platform, driving data quality and user impact across 2,000 districts.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Operations, and senior stakeholders to shape the domain, manage the product backlog, and guide cross-functional teams through complex data challenges with a focus on outcomes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years in product management.
• Experience with ETL data pipelines, data mapping and transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading highly technical ETL teams and data workflows.
• Evidence-driven and curious; able to ground problem framing in data and business impact.
• AI tools experience and a point of view on where they help in product discovery and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Ingest product area, architecting data pipelines and ingestion tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Operations to integrate rostering, EL program, and assessment data.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across R&D and business to align on outcomes and roadmaps.
• Drive go-to-market readiness and ensure successful releases with internal teams.
