Job description

The Nucleus team is on a mission to help organizations prevent breaches by automating risk-based vulnerability management at scale. Our products help some of the world’s largest companies, government organizations, and MSSPs solve real problems with the ever-increasing scope and complexity of managing vulnerabilities. Our approach is market-proven in a dynamic space that is growing every day, and we are excited to expand our team so we can make our full vision a reality.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Data Ingest to define product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for this key area of our product experience. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ data ingest and ETL systems
  • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends
  • Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products
About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • 3+ years of experience in product management for a technology company
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills
  • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed teams in multiple time zones
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
  • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Experience in development of products related to APIs, the integration of complex systems, or ETL products is highly preferred
  • Willing to work some overlapping hours with a team located in AEST/AEDT (GMT +11)
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product management
Why You Should Be Excited

  • Work on a truly unique solution that’s defining a market and making an actual impact
  • We’re biased, but: we work with one of the best teams in security. We have a lot to get done and we work extremely hard, but we also laugh and have fun in the process
  • Outstanding benefits - flexible work hours, fully remote, flexible PTO, generous 401k company contribution, education and training budget, 100% company-paid healthcare…and that’s just a start
