PayPal in New York City is seeking an experienced Product Manager to leverage data to inform product requirements and drive data-driven decisions. You will partner with data scientists, designers and researchers to uncover opportunities and align with the product’s shared vision.

This individual contributor role involves sprint planning, budgeting oversight, and monitoring profitability, with a balanced hybrid work model offering three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience gathering customer insights to inform product requirements.
• Ability to analyze research, market analysis and usability studies to support data-driven decisions.
• Oversight of product profitability measures and budget.

Responsibilities

• Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements aligned with the product vision.
• Gathers customer insights to input to product requirements.
• Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies to support data-driven decisions.
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution.
• Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers and UX researchers to identify opportunities.
