The Senior Manager, Data Product is a managerial role, who will report to the Director of Product, as a pivotal role for implementing a data foundation solution for CMX with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science. This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in programmatic media, self-service solutions, and product management. Key Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership to define product vision, strategy, and development of suite of ads data products; Product Leadership to utilize product knowledge, customer feedback, and relevant data to assess value, build business cases, and prioritize effectively; Product Roadmap management including aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks; Collaborative Innovation by building strong relationships with key partners and gaining buy-in from executive leadership; Data Transformation Layer Management overseeing data transformation processes; Cross-functional Collaboration with engineering, analytics, insights, and media teams; Data as a Service (DaaS) strategy development; Data Foundation Development supporting scalable and robust data infrastructure; Data Quality and Governance working with Engineering to establish data quality frameworks; Industry Expertise partnering with Product Marketing to conduct industry and competitive analyses. This role is work at home flexible and can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of the Corporate Hubs with a requirement to work in office 3 or more days a week if commutable. Required qualifications include 7+ years in programmatic media and self-service DSPs, 5+ years in product strategy or project management, 5+ years in data analysis, and 3+ years managing a team. Preferred qualifications include deep understanding of programmatic media, experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, programmatic integrations, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Education required is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
