Job summary

JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define strategy and drive the roadmap for data center technology and robotics within Workplace Management. You will curate a coherent stack by evaluating in-house platforms and third-party solutions, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver integrated capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with external vendors and multi-vendor tech stacks
• Experience evaluating, selecting and managing technology vendors/partners
• Ability to define strategy and a tactical roadmap with minimal supervision
• Strong skills translating operational needs into clear requirements for internal and external teams
• Familiarity with data center tech landscape including IoT/remote monitoring is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for assembling a multi-vendor data center technology stack
• Scan the market for best-of-breed technologies and recommend build/buy/partner options
• Lead vendor evaluations (RFI/RFP), POC scoping, and vendor scorecards to fit business needs
• Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and partners, including performance and commercial coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to surface requirements and translate them into vendor specs
• Lead cross-functional sessions to align internal and external partners around a shared roadmap
• Track robotics and automation solutions and identify where they fit the stack
