Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and rollout of data and AI-driven products. This hybrid role splits time between managing the roadmap, leading customer-facing pilots, and tracking AI/vendor developments with 50/30/20 allocation.

You will translate learnings into roadmap iterations, work with leadership, and collaborate with engineering and data science to deploy features into production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with data or AI-driven products.
• Hands-on AI/ML product experience, including LLM-powered apps or predictive analytics.
• Experience evaluating AI vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts—NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL.
• Strong communication skills with senior business stakeholders.
• Some travel expected for leadership/strategy sessions, up to 3–4 times a year.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and maintain a prioritized roadmap for data and AI products.
• Lead pilots with business stakeholders and establish clear success criteria and KPIs.
• Partner with engineering and data science to scope and deploy AI features into production.
• Own the feedback loop for AI products and drive iterative improvement.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Evaluate AI vendors and negotiate contracts, balancing build vs. buy.
