Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (D2C) for PetPlace. This hybrid role is ideally based in New York City or Chicago, partnering with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and Content to deliver scalable digital solutions that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will own strategy and roadmap for customer-facing platform capabilities and influence product direction across multiple brands within the pet health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of customer-facing digital products.
• Experience building and scaling direct-to-consumer digital platforms and experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing platform capabilities and prioritize investments.
• Identify customer needs through research, analytics, and market insights.
• Lead onboarding, lifecycle, education, search, and engagement experiences to improve retention.
• Define requirements with Engineering and evaluate technical tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, SEO, Content, Analytics, and leadership to launch new capabilities.
• Define KPIs and use A/B testing to improve outcomes.
