Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Experience team in a hybrid NYC setting. You will partner with a Product Manager and Engineers to envision and scale a wellness membership experience for pets, from discovery through launch and iteration.

You will lead design efforts across workflows, advocate for users, and help accelerate product velocity with hands-on prototyping and systemized design approaches within a fast-growing pet health company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, product design, and/or product-adjacent front-end development.
• Proven track record designing digital products with strong UX and CRO focus.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals across cross-functional teams.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and scalable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with wellness pod leads (PMs, engineers) to internalize product vision and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Create clear sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to articulate design decisions.
• Contribute to design systems and scalable UI patterns.
• Measure outcomes with data and user feedback to drive improvements.
