Qualifications

• 7+ years of product or program management experience in complex, enterprise environments.
• Proven ownership of large, cross platform customer or integration programs.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and customer facing digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across customer‑facing platforms and APIs/integrations.
• Serve as the single execution authority across multiple Tier‑1 customer initiatives.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Transportation, Order Processing, and Sales.
